GOD PWR™ — Return & Refund Policy

At GOD PWR™, every piece is crafted and fulfilled with care and intention. Because each item is part of a limited production or hand-customized design, all sales are final.


1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure correct size, color, and shipping details.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery at godpwrbrand@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will issue an exchange for the same item.
If the item is out of stock, a store credit code will be provided for the value of the damaged item.

Requests submitted after 2 business days from delivery will not qualify for replacement or credit.


3. Returns & Store Credit

Approved returns are eligible only for store credit, issued as an online code redeemable on future purchases.
Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you must contact us within 5 days of the USPS delivery update.
We will assist in filing a claim and provide next steps based on USPS’s resolution.

Please note:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered complete by GOD PWR™.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address is entered accurately at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
Orders lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details cannot be refunded.
In such cases, store credit will be issued once the item is returned to us by the carrier (if applicable).
